Ingredients: 1 cup whole urad dal 1/4 cup rajma 2 tbsp chana dal Water as required Salt to taste 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 3 tbsp butter 1 tsp oil 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp tomato puree (of 5 tomatoes) Fresh cream (4-5 tbsp) Roasted kasuri methi powder (a large pinch) Garam masala (a large pinch) Method: 1. Soak the dal mixture for 10-12 hours. 2. Pressure cook the dal with garlic ginger paste , water, salt, and Kashmiri red chilli powder for 4 whistles. 3. Mash the dal lightly and set aside. 4. Make the tempering by heating butter and oil, then adding ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, and tomato puree. 5. Add the cooked dal to the tempering and mix well. 6.Add hot water as required and simmer for 25 minutes. 7. Add fresh cream, roasted kasuri methi powder, garam masala, and butter. Stir well and adjust salt to taste. 8.
