This is the BEST Blackened Salmon with Sautéed Shrimp! This recipe is quick and easy and loaded with tons of cajun flavor. This pan seared salmon with cauliflower mash is a delicious meal. Blackening Seasoning 1 tsp each smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, basil, thyme, salt, garlic powder, onion powder Ingredients 1lb Salmon Filet 1/2 lb shrimp butter 3/4 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup parmesan cheese parsley *Use blackening seasoning to taste.
