So here’s the recipe! I have used my homemade Japanese milk bread (shokupan) recipe for the bread, the recipe for that is already on the feed! . Ingredients- 2 slices of the best bread you can find 1 tbsp butter 4-5 garlic cloves 1 green onion (green part) 3 slices bacon 2 eggs + 1 tbsp cream Salt and pepper to taste Cheddar cheese slice . To be honest, it tasted 90% as the original one, only because they add sugar to their sandwich and I don’t like too much sweetness, but If you add sugar to this, it will take exactly like the one I tried in Seoul! .
