Spotlight on fatal officer involved shooting

New information about the Atlanta police officer who fatally shot a man outside the city's Public Safety Annex last month. Just days ago, the district attorney's office released this video of the officer shooting a man who they say tried to drive off with the officer in the car. Now we've learned the same officer was also involved in a serious confrontation last year, when he attempted to remove a patron from a bar. We just got the police report on that incident.
