Ingredients Rongi / Lobia / Black-eyed peas - 1 cup Water - 3 cup Salt - 1 tsp Yogurt / dahi - 1 cup Rice flour - 1 tbsp For roasting cauliflower / gobhi: Oil - 1 tbsp Turmeric / haldi powder - 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp For gravy: Oil - 1 tbsp Red chilli - 1-2 Jeera/ cumin seed - 1 tsp Saunf / fennel seed - 1 tsp Methi / fenugreek seed - 1/2 tsp Badee ilaichi / large cardamom - 1 no Haree ilaichi / green cardamom - 3 no Bay Leaf - 1-2 Black Cardamom - 1 Cinnamon - 1 inch (I forgot to add) Green cardamom - 3-4 Cloves / laung - 3-4 Black pepper - 4-5 Turmeric / haldi powder - 1tsp Red chilli / laal mirch powder - 1tsp Dhaniya / coriander powder - 1 tsp Salt / namak - 1 tsp Water - 1.5 cup Garam masala - 1 tsp Kasuri methi - 1tbsp Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp, chopped
