Comfortable Casseroles Episode 1- Cheesy, chili, hotdog, tator tot casserole & Cheesy Cornbread

Hot dog Casserole 8 hot dogs cut into 1/2 in pieces 2 cans chili ( with or without beans) 3/4 cup ketchup 1 tsp Worcestershire 1/2 med. onion 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 (28 oz) bag frozen tater tots Oven at 350, mix all together except cheese. Add 1/2 cheese to top and cover with tater tots. Cook for 30 min, remove and add rest of cheese to top. Cook another 10 minutes Cornbread 1 cup flour 1 cup corn meal 3 tbls. sugar 1 tbls baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 large eggs 2/3 cup milk 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine 1 cup corn 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese mix dry ingredients. mix wet ingredients and combine. place in 8x8 baking pan and cook at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
