There are timers to keep you on track, and plenty of techniques pointers from Paul! To do this workout, you just need yourself, and this workout video! Exercises: Deadbug Side Plank BirdDog Do each individual exercise for 30s, taking 10s rest between each exercise. Remember to do Side Plank for 30s on each side, and don't take any rest between sets.
