Well today guys I’m going to show you inside of Addison Rae’s Neighbor’s $7.7 million dollar mansion! Addison Rae’s Neighbor’s $7.7 million dollar mansion is located just around the block for Addison’s current home in Los Angeles County, California. For the safety and privacy of Addison as well as the rest of her family we will not be releasing the address or town it is located in. We also encourage you to respect her privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time. The $7.7 million dollar home is set on 1.51 acres of land with a beautiful backyard space. The home was built in 2011 and was finally listed for sale in the spring of 2018 for $11,995,000. Over the last two years the home has failed to find a new owner and has seen a price drop of over $4 million dollars to the current asking price of $7.7 million dollars. Luckily for the new owner the current tax appraised value of the home is only $4,374,000 which in turn will cost the owner about $53,000 per year in property taxes. As well we can expect the owner to pay roughly $32,000 per year in homeowners insurance. So just to step foot inside will cost you about $85,000 per year and that doesn’t even include the $7.7 million dollar asking price. The home is a 6 bedroom and 8 bathroom with 11,000 square feet of living space breaking down to about $700 per square foot. Entering through the front gate brings you into a lovely courtyard with a center fountain that sets the tone for the home to come. The home comes with a 5 car garage that you would hopefully fill up with luxury sports cars to go along with your new mansion. Stepping in through the front door you are greeted with a crystal chandelier hanging from above and a long central corridor leading to the rest of the home. Something you will notice in this home is that it is all 1 level. Kind of crazy to think that for nearly $8 million dollars you don’t even get an upstairs.
