I shot and Directed, using the RED Helium with the Ancient Optics Petzvalux lenses for a unique, stylized look. light was natural, with a few scenes using the lantern the lead actress carried and the “egg” practical that I strapped a battery operated quasar to. I arrived on location 4 days prior to filming, which was in Wolfeboro NH, to time the light for each scene in this short. It both challenged and excited me to push myself.
