This is the story of Jason Brody (Protagonist) and his two siblings Grant Brody and Riley Brody along with their 4 friends (Liza Snow, Daisy Lee, Oliver Carswell and Keith Ramsay) who are apparently rich and are kidnapped by the island pirates during one of their celebration trip for extortion of money on an hostile island. The game's protagonist is a young man named Jason Brody who is trying to survive and escape from the hostile islands while trying to save his siblings and friends. In this thirty fourth part of the series, After saving his brother Riley, Jason and Riley flies to Doctor Erenhardt's House, where they find him dying because of Citra and his people. Jason visits Citra where he is given a hard choice.
