Yet another video on Pre germinating grass seed

I've pre-germinated grass multiple times with success, but this time I wanted to try the soak-dunk-dry method instead of straight soaking for X number of days straight. I've added one other item to the process (car wash bucket insert) that I think would help, but you guys let me know your thoughts after watching the video.
