Fussen Germany Train Ticket SCAM...I paid more than 2x ..DO NOT MAKE THIS BASIC MISTAKE

⚠️..Don't make this common mistake when using automated ticket machines, if you follow the simple instructions you will pay DOUBLE...I learned the hard way, So I initially purchased one way ticket from Salzburg Austria to Fussen Germany for $38 EURO to visit the castles, my return trip I tried to look for assistance but could not find any open station, so I went to the automated ticket machine and got robbed ...I even selected ENGLISH and all prompts were in German, so I followed the initial simple instructions, and the amount was $69.40 EURO??? so I finally located a conductor and asked which train to board, he looked at my ticket and said " Thank you for donating to my Company" sarcastically, he said it happens ALL THE TIME, in fact he stated some large families and groups wasting $100s of EUROS in this scam!! Be cautious coming here, German People are not famous for helping without being approached. Hopefully you can save your $$ by not doing the simple yet easily fixed SCAM...Shame on you Fussen Ticket machine programmer...you know what your doing, fix it, or get bashed by videos that Hopefully go viral...
