Ingredients: •Crab - 1 Kg •Gingelly Oil - 2 Tbsp •Whole Spices (Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Fennel Seeds & Bay Leaf) •Onion - 3 Nos Finely Chopped •Green Chili - 2 Nos Chopped •Curry Leaves •Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 Tsp •Tomato - 4 Nos Finely Chopped •Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp •Chili Powder - 1 Tbsp •Rock Salt - 2 Tsp •Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp •Water - 2 Cups To Make Coconut Paste •Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup •Poppy Seeds - 1 Tsp •Fennel Seeds - 1/2 Tsp •Water Instructions: 1. In a mixer jar, add grated coconut, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, water and grind it to a fine paste. 2. Heat a kadai with some oil, add whole spices. 3. Add onions, green chilies, curry and saute them. •Add ginger garlic paste. •Add tomatoes and saute them. •Add turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and mix well. •Add coriander powder and mix well. 4. Once the masala is cooked, add the cleaned and cut crab pieces and let it cook for 5 mins. 5. Add the ground coconut paste and mix it well •Add water and close and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame. 6. Serve the Crab Curry hot with some steamed rice.
