Meet Neuro-Oncologist Dr. Stephen Bagley

Stephen Bagley, MD, MSCE, is the Section Chief of Neuro-Oncology within Hematology Oncology at Penn Medicine. Specializing in the treatment of primary brain tumors, particularly glioblastoma, Dr. Bagley is deeply involved in advancing patient care through innovative clinical trials and novel therapeutics. His work primarily focuses on developing effective treatments for some of the most challenging brain cancers, integrating his passion for clinical trial development with the critical needs of his patients. “The best part of my job is watching something that my colleagues and I have worked on in the laboratory actually being administered to one of my patients who needs it,” says Dr. Bagley. “I love that I can be doing research in the morning and then in the afternoon watching it go into a patient's body and give them hope for their tumor.” Learn more about Dr. Bagley: https://www.pennmedicine.org/provider...
