30 Min Full Body TRX At-home workout. Day 16 GLOW Series

Kicking it up a notch today with a more intense full body focus! Thank you for joining me for the 16th Day of my 6 Week Beginner TRX GLOW Series! This is your chance to see exactly how far you have come from the beginning of this program! Keep the difficulty the same as Day 1 to see how far you have progressed OR make each exercise more difficult…the choice is yours! There will be 9 Exercises today, with 40 seconds of work in each Round and 3 Rounds Total. The first Round will have a 30 second break in between movements, and the following 2 Rounds will have a 20 second rest between exercises. The workout will begin with a short warm-up and end with a cool down period that includes stretching. Exercises in today's workout include: Squats Reverse (aka Front) Squats Curtsy Squats High Rows into Low Rows Combo Chest Press Standing Triceps Hip Dips (R) Hip Dips (L) Crunches Please pause the video at any time if you need more time to adjust your equipment or fix your positioning, take a sip of water, or even if you just need more rest time in between sets.
