Protesters march along State Street in Chicago, 12/4/2014

Protesters march northbound on State Street, passing DePaul University at Jackson Boulevard, in downtown Chicago at approximately 7:40pm. The tail end passed Jackson about a minute after the video ended. Estimates of protesters ranged from 300 to 600. Multiple streets have been reopened after they were briefly closed "due to protesters marching Thursday evening in response to news that a New York City grand jury failed to indict a white police officer in the chokehold death of an unarmed black man, Eric Garner.
