BFR Upper Body Ancillary Arms #4
This is one of my ancillary upper body sessions as part of my BFR Big Bench Program V.2 These sessions enables me to work on ancillary exercises and muscle groups that will compliment my heavier Bench Press days. Based upon the initial concept of high frequency BFR Bench Pressing (twice daily), my adapted version incorporates 2 heavy bench press days with other BFR ancillary sessions. Today's session is a general upper body arm session. Session overview: Giant Set 1 a. Dips x 10 b. Bicep curls x 10 c. Overhead tricep extension x 10 3sets. I've added in a few different exercise variations depending on what equipment you have available to you. Giant Set 2 2a. Shoulder Press variation x 10 2b. Upright Row x 10 2c.
