It’s gluten-free, easy to make, and absolutely addictive. Whether you’re fueling up after a workout, avoiding heavy meals on hot nights, or just craving something savory and satisfying — this tofu recipe checks all the boxes. Ingredients: 1 block organic firm tofu (I use Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods) 2 tbsp arrowroot powder Dipping Sauce: 1 tbsp chopped scallions 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste) ½ tsp allulose (or your favorite sweetener) 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp Chinese black vinegar A pinch of chili powder 2 tbsp hot oil for pouring 🍽️ Instructions (Quick Overview): 1. Pat dry tofu and tear into chunky pieces (about ¾ inch thick). 2. Toss with arrowroot powder until evenly coated. 3. Spray air fryer tray with oil, place tofu inside, and spray tops. 4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, flipping halfway. 5. While cooking, mix dipping sauce ingredients (except hot oil). 6. Heat oil until sizzling and pour over the sauce — stir to combine. 7.
