I used some yummy tomatoes on the vine.) Salt to taste 1.5 Tbsp cilantro leaves roughly chopped 1 Tbsp lemon juice (you can adjust this according to your taste) 3.5 cups water (2.5 cups to pressure cook and 1 cup added later to adjust consistency. You can add more water or less.)
