Strawberry Fields Forever (Love Version) Instrumental

The Love Soundtrack album was released on November 17, 2006, and consists of many remixes of Beatles songs. Strawberry Fields Forever to me stands out, because I find it better than the original. The overall meaning and feel of Strawberry Fields, how it has a melancholy beginning, and then waves of psychedelia come in, in my opinion, is how the song should be. The lyrics stand out more, Lennon's vocals are more real and the orchestra sounds more cohesive. The structure follows Lennon's demos more, with "No one I think is in my tree" standing out for how it was intended to sound. This is pure speculation, but I think if Lennon was alive to hear this, despite his pessimism towards all his songs as it isn't as perfect as he'd envision it, I think he would've been in awe of it and would've absolutely loved it. After all, it has all the directions he was uncertain of taking in one song. A Melancholic Acoustic song, a band-oriented song with harmonies, and a full-blown psychedelic wave with orchestra.
