Sarah Huckabee Sanders CPAC interview gives reaction to Donald Trump's clash with Maine governor

Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders sat down for an interview on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025, with Mercedes Schlapp, President Donald Trump's former White House director of strategic communications. Huckabee Sanders celebrated Trump's early accomplishments and reacted to the president's clash Friday with Maine Gov. Janet Mills at a National Governors Association meeting. Trump called out Mills during his speech to the gathering of governors over the Trump administration's threat to withhold federal funding from states that do not comply with its executive order banning transgender athletes from girls' and women's sports.
