
Quick & Delicious Gyudon Recipe – Japanese Beef Bowl at home!
Learn how to make a delicious and easy Gyudon (Japanese beef bowl) at home! In this special 100th episode, I’m sharing an improved version of my very first Gyudon recipe. I’m so grateful for every view, comment, and like that helped bring me to 100 episodes💕 Ingredients: serving: 3-4 bowls 350g/0.77lbs thin beef slices Shabu Shabu style New York strip steak from Costco Sizzle Steak Chuck Shoulder thin slices from Walmart -Lean cuts like bottom round tend to be less tender (I’m still working on a recipe to make lean cuts taste better in Gyudon!) 1 small onion - about 150g/5.29oz 4g/0.14 ginger 200ml water 1/4 cup cooking sake 1 teaspoon of dashi powder 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of mirin 1.5 tablespoons of sugar cooked rice I appreciate everyone to spend your time on watching my videos.
