Well, this house was built by a Las Vegas company called BOXABL, which specializes in making small, inexpensive, practical housing for Americans. These houses are basically an evolution of regular prefab homes that have been completely simplified, to the point that building, or to be more exact, assembling this house would take you only a couple of hours!
