Fallout 4 Earliest Sniper Rifle
The location of the sniper rifle is in Concord town. In the most north east house (left of the Museum of Freedom door). You will find the sniper rifle next to a dead Raider. I was level 8 when I did this, but I believe even level 1 can get the sniper rifle too. The battle at Concord town is not difficult anyway. You will only have to kill 3 or 4 raiders i think.
