He is 12-month-old Jeong-min Seo, who had his first birthday in hospital a few days ago. However, due to a serious accident, his smiling face hasn’t been seen since last July. When he arrived at the hospital, his condition was so bad that no brain activity could be detected, and he had to be put on life support for three months.
