We fell in LOVE at the White Nile, Uganda // EP41

We didn't intend to stay west of the White Nile but we found love and joy there. and discovered a real blue Beauty. A 88 Series 3 Land Rover, abandoned for years. After leaving the Karamoja Region we needed to recharge our batteries for a couple of days and stayed in Gulu, Uganda. As we were ready to move on we continued to head southwest towards the White Nile and the Murchison Falls, we didn't want to go to the national park which meant we had to go further west than we planned end ended up west of the White Nile close to the DRC. The only way out was a ferry crossing Lake Albert. Unfortunately, the ferry only operates during the week and we just missed the last one on Friday. Desperately searching for a place to stay for the weekend, we got welcomed at the local parish on the shore of Lake Albert. it was great! and look what we found in their backyard... *** As you may know, we don't have sponsors and all our content is free.
