NEW Pub Run Revamp! | Grenoside Woods MTB | Sheffield Steel City Downhill

May the 4th be with you! To celebrate Star Wars Day, Martin, Will, and I headed out to the Grenoside Woods MTB trails in Sheffield—the home of the world-famous Peaty’s Steel City Downhill track. We were super keen to ride the newly revamped "Pub Run" trail. Thanks to the overnight rain, it was a little more "Curry Run" than "Pub Run", but it’s going to be absolutely awesome once it dries out! We managed to get some top-to-bottom runs in and spent some time sessioning the gaps. Will took the GoPro duties while I used the DJI Action 6—which was just as well, as I think we ended up filming more of the push-ups than the actual riding! There was also a rather hairy moment on the big drop at the bottom of the trail where both Will and I hit the same rock (which I'd actually never hit before), and I genuinely thought I’d snapped my front wheel. Despite the wetter-than-forecast weather, it was an absolute blinder of a ride.
