Beat the batter in one direction then make perfect batter. Cover it and keep it for 15-20 minutes. Then add Hot Oil, Carom Seeds and mix it well. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, Keep the pan on the flame, add Oil, coarsely ground Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Hing Powder, finely chopped Green Chilies, Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Black Salt, Plain Salt, boiled & grated Potato, mix well and cook on a slow flame. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and keep the filling for cooling down. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐝𝐚, keep the pan for heating, add Water, Salt, Citric Acid and Green Chilies. Cover and boil for 5-7 minutes. Then take them out and drain out the water. Take Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds and Coriander Seeds and couresely grind them. Slit boiled Green Chilies like this keeping them join on the other side in a center and remove the seeds. Fill the stuffing and wrap some Gram Flour. Dip it with the batter and coat well. Let the extra batter drip off. Deep fry the stuffed Chili in the medium heated Oil until they get golden brown from all the sides. Likewise, fry all the pakoras. Serve and enjoy the Tasty Stuffed Pakodas with Sauce or Chutney or Tea.
