MLB First Friday March 2025

On Friday, March 14th, we had a presentation by Tim Corcoran, the Director of Planning and Community Resources for the City of South Bend He discussed the city’s ongoing efforts and innovative strategies related to housing development. Tim provided an overview of the various initiatives designed to revitalize South Bend’s housing stock and stimulate sustainable growth in both residential and commercial areas.
