#breadpizzaroll#breadpockets#pizzapockets Crispy Bread Pizza Recipe Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Servings: 2-3 people --- π§Ύ Ingredients: Bread slices β 4 to 6 (white or brown) Pizza sauce or tomato sauce β 3-4 tbsp Finely chopped vegetables β Β½ cup (onion, capsicum, tomato, sweet corn etc.) Grated cheese β Β½ to 1 cup (mozzarella or processed cheese) Mixed herbs β Β½ tsp (oregano, chilli flakes, basil) Butter β for toasting Salt β to taste Black pepper β to taste --- π₯ Method: 1. Toast the bread: Heat a tawa and apply a little butter on it and toast the bread slices till they turn golden and crispy. Or toast in the oven at 180Β°C for 5 minutes. 2. Prepare the toppings: Spread 1 tsp pizza sauce on each bread slice. Add chopped veggies. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top. Add cheese and sprinkle mixed herbs. 3. Cook the pizza: Place the bread slices on the pan, cover and cook on low flame till the cheese melts. Or bake in the oven at 180Β°C for 5-7 minutes till the cheese melts. --- β Tips: You can also add cheese, mushrooms, olives etc. Do not overfill the veggies or else the bread will become soft.
