They taste so good - soft but tender, crispy enough to bite, melt in the mouth texture. You can not have just one. Trust me. These can get addictive in just one bite. These cookies are made without eggs, maida and molasses. Holiday baking can be healthy with no compromise on the taste :) Gingerbread cookies are quite popular to bake during christmas season.
