Leaving Money to the Kids?

This is usually a very emotional issue. The Mom-and-Pop Bank has its limitations - both in terms of amount and duration. It can't last forever. So, if there is any remaining, so to speak (at the end !!) then what happens to it? Leave it to charity? Leave it to the Dog and Cat Home? Leave it to the next-door neighbor? (Nah !!!)
