Yamaha motorcycle engine misfire — test / check the spark plugs using a multimeter.

With a multimeter set to test resistance in ohms (the horseshoe-looking symbol), check that there is NO connection/resistance between the central electrode and the chassis of the plug. Good spark plugs will all be, "OL". If not, and the multimeter shows some reading other than, "OL", the sparkplug is no longer good and will either misfire or not spark at all. If you've found one bad spark plug, in my experience, change them all for new because the other plugs are the same age and simply waiting to fail too! :) 👍 #yamahar1 #howtobloke #shorts
