
Two easy Christmas desserts in 5 minutes. No flour, no egg, no oven!
Tiger Fudge Ingredients: 10 oz (284 g) White Chocolate Chips 1/2 Cup (114 g) Peanut Butter 1 1/2 Cups (300 g) Chocolate Chips 1) Line glass dish with plastic wrap, put aside 2) Heat white chocolate chips in microwave until melted 3) Add peanut butter and stir until smooth 4) Pour into prepared dish 5) Melt chocolate and pour in lines onto peanut butter mixture 6) Use a knife to swirl chocolate around 7) Cover and refrigerate until solid 8) Cut into bite sized pieces and enjoy!! White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge Ingredients: ½ cup heavy whipping cream 2 cups marshmallows 1 cup sugar Dash of salt 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon peppermint extract 10 oz white chocolate chips Crushed peppermint candy 1) Add heavy whipping cream, marshmallows, sugar, salt and butter to a pot and stir until smooth 2) Turn off heat and add peppermint extract and white chocolate chips 3) Stir until chocolate is melted 4) Pour into prepared dish and sprinkle crushed peppermint candy on top 5) Refrigerate until firm 6) Cut into pieces and enjoy!
