Some of the workouts will use various pieces of equipment, such as a barre ball, light hand weights and a resistance loop, to increase the intensity, but you can do them without. If you love to work abs, but don't like traditional mat exercises, then this is the workout for you. Hit every part of your core with this innovative, standing abs routine. Using the pilates/barre ball you will twist, stretch and lengthen your abs and you will feel a definite burn.
