İrani Chicken Pulao & Aloo Mutton Curry | perfect Dawat Combo Hi Friends! In this Dawat (feast) vlog,I shall share ,hoe I managed to create a combo meal when my daughter with her kid is coming to see her ailing mom.i designed a menu that's easy to cook but tasty and it was really much appreciated.Irani Chicken Pulao and Also Mutton Curry,Two aromatic and delectable dishes turned so perfect for any special occasion.The Irani Chicken Pulao is a fragrant and less spiced rice dish cooked with juicy , tender chicken. I complimented this pulao with Aloo Mutton Curry,a delicious and satisfying dish made by slow cooked potato pieces in thick gravy of mutton cooked in onion and tomato based gravy.i made it using less spices.I served it with rabıta and salad .This tasty and simple feast was a perfect, comfort food when your guests come after a long journey. This meal was so much enjoyed along with best quality time and conversation. İrani chicken Pulao 700 g fresh chicken 700 g basmati rice 3 small onion Garlic, ginger paste 2 TSP. Green chillies. 4,5 Oil to cook Pulao masala ingredients Cumin seeds. 1 tbs Corriander seeds 1 tbs Fennel seeds 1 tbs Green cardamom 2,4 Black cardomom 3 Cloves 4 Pepper corn 10 Dry roast and gring all spices into a powdered masala. Method, In a pan,add oil and saute onion ,add chicken and stir fry.After ,five minutes,add ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Keep cooking for a few minutes. Add salt, pepper and prepared ground masala .Then add hot water before adding soaked rice. Add rice , chicken is almost tender.Cook for a few minutes till water reduces. Put in steam,(dum) for 5 minutes. Open the lid,rice will be tender and steam cooked. Dish out and serve with raita and salad.
