Hidden Item 2: Located in the Storage Area, near the docks. Search inside a crate. Hidden Item 3: Found in the Administration Building, in a safe. The safe combination can be found on a note nearby or by interrogating an officer. 4. Stone Eagles There are 3 Stone Eagles to shoot. Stone Eagle 1: On top of a tall chimney in the Workshop Area. Use your sniper rifle to shoot it. Stone Eagle 2: Located on the roof of the Administration Building. Climb to the roof and look for the eagle perched on the edge. Stone Eagle 3: Found on a water tower near the Officer’s Quarters. It’s visible from a distance, so use your sniper scope to locate and shoot it.
