I love breakfast! 🥞❤️😍 Buckwheat pancakes Ingredients: Dry ingredients - ½ cup Buckwheat flour ¼ tsp allspice ¼ tsp cinnamon Pinch of nutmeg 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt Wet ingredients - 1 egg, beaten ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp sweetener, to taste ⅓ cup dairy-free milk Method : In a mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients, and whisk until incorporated. In another mixing bowl, beat the egg and extract, then pour in the rest of the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and whisk until combined. The batter will be thick. In a skillet over medium heat, pour ⅓ cup of batter into the pan. Allow to cook or until you see bubbles, flip cook for about another minute or 2. Plate and serve with your favourite topping. Tips: If your toppings are sweet, I recommend using 1tbsp sweetener. If your toppings are savory, I recommend using 2tbsp sweetener. Healthy, happy, delicious, fluffy, and fun!
