This recipe is very easy to make and calls for only 2 main ingredients, i.e Almond flour and Greek Yoghurt. I have added 2 tsps of all purpose flour to this recipe to ensure that the dough is pliable and adding Jalapeno and Cheddar gives a nice spicy kick to the bagels, but is optional and can be skipped if you do not have it or would like to keep it simple. The texture of these bagels are slightly different from traditional bagels as it is made with almond flour, but it tastes pretty close to it. Below is the full recipe Ingredients 1)Almond Flour-1 Cup 2)All purpose flour- 2 tsp 3)Greek Yoghurt-2/3 Cup 4)Jalapeno(Chopped)-2 tsp 5)Cheddar Cheese(shredded)- 2 tsp 6)Bakingpowder-1 tsp 7)Egg wash- as needed to coat the bagels 8)Everything Bagel Seasoning- as needed to coat the bagels Method 1)To a mixing bowl, add the flour mixture, baking powder, salt and Greek yoghurt and mix and knead until soft. 2)Once the dough is formed add the jalapeno and cheddar mix to the dough and knead again. 3)Create 4 to 5 portions of the dough and make roll them and shape them as bagel rings. 4)Once shaped as bagel rings, coat the bagels with egg wash and top with everything bagel seasoning. 5)Bake the bagels in the oven for 20-25 mins at 350. 6)After you remove the bagels from the oven, wait until it fully cools before you slice them.
