Slice the chives. 2. Wash spinaches and cut the long ones of them. 3. Add bay salt into the boiling water. 4. Blanch the spinaches for 2~3 min. 5. Rince the blanched spinaches. 6. Squeeze them to remove water. 7. Add chives, minced garlic, pear juice, thick soy sauce, fine salt to the spinaches and mix them up. 8.
