Add an extra 2 tablespoons per cup of cake flour to equal the quantity in 1 cup of all-purpose. NOTE: I did not use the crumb topping in this recipe. My recipe is listed below. Please note that this recipe makes enough to cover a 9x13 pan. I like a lot of topping. If you want less crumb topping, cut the recipe in half. Brown Sugar Streusel: 1 cup packed brown sugar ⅔ cup flour ¼ cup softened butter 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon Mix together brown sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon.
