It's high in protein and fiber, which means that it can be served as a meal! OVERNIGHT OATS DESSERT RECIPE (makes 2-3 servings) Ingredients: 1/2 cup rolled oats (45g) 1/2 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy (120ml) 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (30g) 2 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup homemade fruit jam (65g) *check out the recipe above 2-3 tbsp Greek yogurt (30-45g) 20g chopped dark chocolate 1 tbsp hot boiling water 10 almonds (12g) NUTRITIONAL INFO (per serving): 297 calories, fat 11.6g, carb 39.4g, protein 11.9g Preparation: For the oatmeal base, in a bowl add the rolled oats, milk, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, chia seeds and maple syrup, and stir well to combine. For the cheesecake layer, in another bowl mix the fruit jam with 2-3 tbsp Greek yogurt. For dark chocolate ganache, in a small bowl combine chopped dark chocolate and hot boiling water, stir until the chocolate has melted and let it cool a bit. To layer the dessert, in a glass add 2 tbsp oat mixture, then half of the cheesecake mixture, followed by another 2 tbsp oatmeal. Pour the healthy dark chocolate ganache over and sprinkle with chopped almonds. Cover and let it rest in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
