The Best Friend You Always Wanted - Jesus / Joyce Meyers Devotional @morningswithmommaapple5924
Got 4? "The Best Friend You Always Wanted - Jesus!" "no one has greater love than to lay down his life for his friends." - John, 15:13. Good morning, everybody! Today's devotional reading is from Joyce Meyer's book, "the power of being thankful." I don't know about you guys, but we live in a world of much loneliness. You have probably gone through seasons of loneliness yourself in your life. Maybe you are misunderstood, maybe everybody's too busy. Maybe you're the one that is too busy. Maybe your friends moved away or you had to quit a job and start fresh. Or even start a new school...Sometimes you can feel very lonely in this life even in motherhood. Sometimes I feel lonely because all I have is my children all the time, and they have their own busyness. And my husband is busy and his own business affairs. But there's something that is easily forgotten...Jesus. He is always readily available. He's always ready to have a conversation with you. He's always ready to take care of you and help you with all your problems to see you through. He's there for your victories and he's there through your lows. He's not waiting with a judgment, statement or condemnation, but only open arms to love you and gently direct you each step of the way. He's there if you want to have a quick conversation or lengthy one too. One thing I know for sure if he wants to hear from you. He knows everything anyways, he knows all the good and all the bad so that's the beauty of it all you don't have to hide anything from him. He sees all the great things that you do that nobody does and he sees all the greatness and potential that you have yet to do he sees your feelings and he covers you with Grace. He knows your heart better than anyone else and he knows that you have a great love that he put inside of you. Today's devotional reading is about Jesus and how he is our best friend. He's your best friend friends and he wants to be there for you. Check out today's quick devotional, reading online and feel free to hit that like, subscribe, and share button.
