How to make perfect dinner rolls! ngredients: • Warm milk 530g • Sugar 2 tsp • Dry active Yeast 7g • Strong flour (bread flour) 800g • Salt 2 tsp • Soft butter 65g • Milk (for brushing) Instructions: 1. Activate the Yeast: • In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. • Stir well, cover, and set aside for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy. 2. Prepare the Dough: • While waiting, mix salt into the flour thoroughly. • Once the yeast mixture is foamy, pour it into the flour. • Add butter and mix using a stand mixer on speed 2 for about 8 minutes until a smooth dough forms. • Shape the dough into a ball. • Lightly oil a bowl, place the dough inside, and cover with cling wrap. • Let it rise in a warm place for 90 minutes or until doubled in size. 3. Shape the Rolls: • After rising,punch out the air from the dough, then divide the dough into 15 equal pieces. • Shape each piece into a roll by pinching the bottom and rolling into a smooth ball. • Place the rolls on a lined baking tray. • Cover loosely with cling wrap and let them rise again for 40 minutes until doubled in size. 4. Bake the Rolls: • Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). • Brush the tops of the rolls with milk. • Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown on top. 5. Cool and Enjoy: • Let the rolls cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.
