How to ADD or FIX YouTube timestamps/chapters

This is a video guide on how to add youtube chapters. It also talks about common fixes to when they aren't working for you. The rules to timestamps/chapters as I understand them: 1.) Add a time for the chapter to start (such as 0:41) starting from 0:00 as the first one to your video description. 2.) After that time for a chapter to start add 1 space (only 1 space) ' ' 3.) After that space, add the title of your chapter (don't make it a link or anything that looks like a link or it probably won't work) 4.) Chapters must be at least 10 seconds. 5.) You must have at least 3 chapters. 6.) You can have at most 50 chapters. 7.) Sometimes (when YouTube randomly decides it) you can't have timestamps before and links in your description. If you add them before your links, and it works, you can generally add timestamps after the links again.
