Green - 2019 Lu Shan Yun Wu - Path of Cha (Tea 28)

"Clouds & Mist" Lu Shan Yun Wu Green Tea from Path of Cha PERSONAL REVIEW: Brewed with these parameters, I say this tea was yummy. Loosly curled/twisted green leaves, liquor was yellow. Dry leaves smelled toasty, wet leaves added aromas of steamed vegies and spinach. Texture was lightly viscous and coated the mouth, not too drying in the later steeps. Flavors of bean starch like edamame, toastiness, and hints of algae. Steep 3 started to bring a cooling sensation on the tongue. All-in-all, a nice yummy session.
