Corrupt Commissioner Paule Villard Illegally Double Parked and Calls Police On Protestor

Upon learning that corrupt Commissioner Paule Villard was illegally double parked in front of a city function, with the sole reason for people to see her custom car wrap with campaign material, I went to the local Walgreens to make a sign to point out her corruption. Within 3 minutes of me quietly standing approximately 10 feet away from her car, I was approached by the corrupt Commissioner Paule Villard and 6-7 North Miami Beach Police Officers who informed me that exercising my first amendment rights was considered harassment.
