28-year-old has creme egg sized tumour removed from brain - Daily Mail

Matt Carpenter (pictured before right and after left), 28, was diagnosed with the tumour in January after having a seizure, but he put his symptoms down to being overworked. Doctors eventually told him he had a low-grade glioma brain growth (inset) that would need urgent surgery. But when it came to the operation, surgeons told him he would have to stay awake.
