This workout hits all 5 foundational kettlebell skills: Single Arm Swing Snatch Clean & Press Front Squat Turkish Get-Up Whether you're new to complexes or looking to level up your training, the Deep 6 is the ultimate test of skill and grit! 🔁 Recommendations to Get Started: Timing: Start with 1-minute rest between sets, and gradually reduce rest time as you get stronger. Reps: Begin with 3 reps of each movement per arm, and build your way up to completing all 6 moves back-to-back. Weights: Women: Start with 6–8kg.
