Pokemon Legends ZA: Part 3 - Road to Rank W, Rogue Mega Absol, Free Shiny Mareep, etc.

I dunno what is happening on my capture card but sometimes it doesn't record audio, so I added some music from XY. Anyways, I think I am underleveled now so I need to grind more only on my main team. Ampharos is a tentative 6th slot since I wanted to use Falinks. 0:00 vs. Lida I like Lida's design and also she's a dancer. I used the Kalos starter trios that I got from side quests and they are struggling because of the level. I will level them up eventually if I wanted to get their megas, which sucks that you only get it on Rank battles for now. 2:19 Side Quest and getting the Shiny Mareep Unfortunately I might not use it but getting a free shiny is great. Also, I heard that shiny hunt is easy here in ZA. 3:12 Side Quest and getting your Kanto Starter Nostalgia aside, I added the three animations here but you can only get one for now. I chose Charmander since I am currently using Chikorita as my main Grass starter, and Greninja is what I am after rather than Blastoise. 4:14 Promotion to rank W vs. Rintaro Boo Rintaro does not start with W though. Anyways he's using the Simi trio from Unova so yeah, they're not that hard if your level is sufficient enough. 7:40 Following Zygarde 10% I like Zydoggo more than the 100% one and I dunno why. Basically, it is here to guide you to an Absol that is in pain because it is mega evolving on its own. AZ gave you a Mega ring and let you borrow his Lucario to battle Mega Absol. 10:41 vs. Rogue Mega Absol So basically, like in Arceus, you need to attack the boss while dodging its attacks. Yes you, and your Pokemon needs to be careful. You get mega evo balls to refill your Mega Evo bar and once full, you can Mega Evolve your Pokemon. It does expire but keep getting those balls to replenish it. Mega Absol's signature is I think a Dark Pulse with a large AoE. It is quite slow so you can dodge to safety. When your Mega Evo is gone, just get some balls again. After you defeat it, Absol will join the team and give you its megastone. 16:13 vs. Taunee (with Mega Manectric) She's strong and so is her Mega Manectric. But, same as you, Megas expire so if you can endure the beating then wait for it like I did. Don't forget to heal but it will take time to use items again. 19:10 Final Evolution of my Initial Team Yeah they're stronger now! It is sad that I only get the Megastone of my Meganium and the other two are in post game but that's the game for you. They don't really expect you to get all three early. 20:44 Promotion to rank F vs. Vinnie So I guess it will take a lot of time fighting to get from Rank V all the way to A, so they made a shortcut that is part of the story. Here I was excited to fight Rank U to G though. Anyways, the problem for Vinnie's team is Mega Drampa which I only saw for the first time. Mega Drampa is a well deserved Mega in my opinion.
